Lightning crotch pain HELP 33WKS

Tell me y'all are having the same thing! I have had lightning crotch off and on (more off then on lol) for a few weeks hapoens maybe once a week but today since turning 33wks she literally woke me up in pain from it at 3am and ALLLLLLLLL day long when she moves its constantly happening and its excruciating painful to were it makes me jump saying OUCH!! like today she's pushing HARD! she's head down for awhile now. Anyone got better information to why this happens and so painful 😢.
