Sleeping better at 13 weeks?
Throughout the first trimester I have slept pretty restlessly. Wake up every few hours to pee, and usually around 4am I have trouble falling back to sleep and I’m up for awhile.
These last two nights I’ve slept pretty hard. I still wake up to pee but a little less frequent and I fall back asleep right away.
I’m just about 13 weeks, did anyone else notice their sleep getting better around then? I know later on it will prob get affected again but just curious if this is normal.
