I need some insite or help please.

I had the worst cramps I’ve ever had two days ago. Lasted for an hour. So bad I went pale, was feeling nauseous, could not move. I had bleeding that was heavy but lasted less than the day. The next day I had no cramps, felt like I was done my period. Brown light spotting with clear mucus. It’s very unusual for me. We’ve also been trying for almost 5 years to get pregnant. Is there a chance I’m pregnant or not at all bc of the bleeding?
