i am 5 weeks pp and my 6 week is coming up, i neeeed a bc without hormones so i think i'm gunna do the copper IUD. who's had this and is it a good idea? i'm stressed on picking one, when i start working out i'm scared it's gunna puncture me lol ive heard it happening is it a good idea?
