For long irregular cycles it’s best to determine ovulation with either opks or temp charting! I get my opks off Amazon it’s like 50 for like $15

My cycle is normally 40-60 days and I ovulate around CD 28 on a 40 day cycle. If I make it to a 60 day cycle I usually did not ovulate. I’ve found that as soon as I pass a 46 day cycle I’m not ovulating.

You may not be ovulating at all. Women with cycles longer than 40 days don’t often ovulate. My dr prescribed me hormone pills to induce a period every 35 days to give my body the chance to ovulate. Got pregnant on the first cycle after a year of trying without help.
