My daughter almost four.. she has the absolute worst attitude and ANGER. I don't know how to help her but it scares me. I know her father had anger issues that lead to violent outbursts and my daughter is heading down that same road. She gets so mad so easily, she hits herself, she shakes, she'll grab onto your arm and just squeeze it. I feel like she needs therapy or something.. i don't know what to do.. Do I call her primary? Is there someone else I contact?! I need help.
