Dry lips and thirst??

Hi ladies! I’m on 5dpo now and have been feeling thirsty since 4dpo and have very dry lips. 
Wondering if any of you have this symptom? And any of you have this then turns out to be a BFP? Lol here’s hoping!!

Just means you're dehydrated that's all. 
You don't get pregnacy related symptoms untill after implantation has taken place which, biologically, can't happen until 6dpo at the very very earliest (this is rare).
Even after implantation it'd take a day or two for HCG levels to rise enough to start causing any symptoms.
Just drink more water ☺️💦✨
