What is this? (TMI?)

I pulled a larger mucus ball out earlier the size of a quarter and now this smaller one.. What is it?... It was clearer earlier and now it’s getting tinged with blood, I guess?.. My last miscarriage was in September, but my body only expelled the fetus. Could this be remains from that, or...?? That seems a bit long to me but yea.. Idk.. And I just moved over 1,000 miles so I don’t have a doctor yet, and my old one retired.. I’ve been having abdominal pain for a few days getting worse progressively, and now this. Been really exhausted and nauseous, extreme lack of appetite, but I took a test like a week ago and it came back negative... Not sure what exactly to think right now.. Please help, and I apologize for the disgusting photo but I really don’t know what the heck is going on with my body right now... Great, I can’t take a pic... 😩
