Wisdom tooth removal

So I had my last wisdom tooth removed last Monday and I'm still in pain. I can handle pain so I haven't had to take any of the norco they gave me l, just tylenol and ibuprofen, but it hurts up to temple. I cant get a good picture of it but when I look in my mouth, I do see something white in the hole but cant tell what it is. They didnt give me a syringe like my last doctor did to clean it out so I've been using warm sale water to gently swirl around in my mouth. I did call my surgeon on day 4 and told them that the pain is getting worse and not better and she said well that's normal so dont worry. I do remember that the surgeon said that my tooth was really close to 2 nerves so idk if that has something to do with it. Any suggestions?
