Hcg level after bleeding

I had a bfp 10 days ago and started pink spotting around 5 weeks followed by mild bleeding next two days with no cramps. Yesterday I took a blood test and it came up to hcg level of 1.2 . If I had a miscarriage shouldn't my HCG level drop to 0?

Also I have all the symptoms possible. Still feel pregnant.

Sore gums/redness in gums

Lower back ache and hip slight ache, thigh pain on and off.
