Question about chicken and dumplings
I'm trying to make chicken and dumplings in crock pot for dinner. I put chicken in the crock pot with salt pepper and a little water. I forgot to add my cream of Chicken soup/chicken broth when I cooked the chicken. If I shred my chicken when it's done then put it in Crock-Pot with the dumplings and add the broth will it work the same? Can I use the liquid ''broth" from the chicken that's in Crock-Pot or do I need to dump it
