help with Eluryng !
okay so i used to have an app that would help me figure out when to change my ring. the app keeps crashing so i can’t seem to use it.
i started a new ring on May 21, i usually skip my period with it but now would i place a new ring this week (3r week) or wait until next week which would be my 4th week on it.
pls someone help me 🙃
