How to lose weight when you have no money, and cant really “watch what you eat” due to everything being homemade or made for you.
I live with my parents and i cant afford much lf anything. Ive recent gained an unknown amount of weight due to not owning a scale (forbidden in the house for my overweights mothers insecurity). But im guessing i weigh around 160.
How can i lose weight and have noticeable results while doing it alone?
