Implantation bleeding and EWCM?

I stopped tracking my ovulation but AF is due in a week. I started spotting yesterday but today I had EWCM... We are BDing tonight either way but has anyone had EWCM after implantation???? Idk if the spotting was implantation bleeing or AF making an announcement about her arrival next week.
