I am in low income housing I know it’s different you have to go by a bunch of rules. But here recently I had to put a chain lock on my door because my 4 year old is really bad about unlocking my front door and my 1 year old tries to do the same thing by seeing what his brother does it. I have try to explain to my 4 year old it’s a big no no to go outside without mommy with him but he doesn’t fully understand I just decided to put a change lock on the door where he can’t get out I am more worried about my child safety then what my dang landlord says. What should I do if she makes a big deal about the change lock? I mean I can’t take it off due to my child unlocking my front door trying to go outside.
