I had sex on my ovulation day but I’m having some cramps and I already have PCOS so I have irregular periods. Is it possible to have cramps if you’re pregnant? 
Side note: I keep having dreams that I am pregnant.

Yes. I have PCOS and in April I was having period like cramps for a week and a half. After not having a period since the previous September (7 months late for period) I assumed I was about to finally begin my period. When the period never showed, I decided to test due to the cramping and found out I was 4 weeks pregnant then
