Question

I am on combo birth control pills. In first week of new pack I missed a pill on Wednesday so I took Wednesday and Thursday together (I start pill pack on Sunday) the next week (week 2) I thought I took all pills but realized I missed a pill so again I doubled up. I'm just curious if there's a chance I can get pregnant since I doubled up. I also ended up taking a melatonin to help me sleep one night and I was taking Benadryl as well for allergies. There was also a night or two I took tums for heartburn and I read online today that melatonin and tums can cause birth control pills to be less effective. (I thought just antibiotics can) .is there a chance I can be? I'm not really planning on having a baby right now but it would be ok either way.
