I messed up

I messed up bad at work.

One of my clients had something happen to them(confidential and can’t say what it is)

I notified my supervisor the day it happened but I didn’t call her just emailed.

It never happened to me before so I didn’t really know the protocol.

Anyway, I was supposed to call the clients parents or have him do it and I didn’t. And then I had to fill out a report but this happened on a Friday afternoon and I filled it out on monday.

My supervisor said it was okay but like still. I should’ve known🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
