Fever!

My son has fever since yesterday, no other symptoms. And it’s between 99 to 101.1 check with his doctor and she said it might be some kind of mild virus(not covid) because nobody else is sick at home.

I feel baby gum and it feels soft and swollen but doc said teething don’t cause this high temperature.

Other I feel stomach bug because his poop is smelly and farts are super smelly(which are usually odorless) also pooping once a day from last 3 days. Usually he goes twice a day minimum.

He’s not eating properly, also doesn’t seems dehydrated too.

Doctor said will go with covid testing if it still goes till Friday.

I’m really scared. Anyone experienced this kind of thing... only fever and no symptoms?

Really confusing.
