So confused and hurt..

Yesterday I was two days late for my period. I took a test and there was a faint line my boyfriend couldn’t see it, but me and my cousin could.. (same thing happened for my last pregnancy) I quickly called my doctor and let them know and I got scheduled to go in for blood work right away since my last pregnancy I had a miscarriage... when I got up, I used the bathroom and I seen blood. Ive been bleeding all day and seen a small tiny piece of white clot or something.. it was the size of a tiny seed. I’ve been bleeding all day, and I didn’t go for my blood work only because I knew what was happening.. so i guess i could just say I had a miscarriage once again. 😭 idk how to feel.
