Horrible nightmare

So I’m 13 weeks 6 days and I had the worst nightmare any mother to be could have :(

It was that I was towards the end of my pregnancy and I was having contractions at home but I could barely feel them, then slowly I started feeling like I had to push so I started to push and push and then the baby came but the baby wasn’t crying and I kept trying to pat his butt and back and give him cpr but he was already gone. He was pale and looked dead so I held him and started crying and crying , I had told my boyfriend what I happened and they picked me up to go to the hospital because I hadn’t passed the placenta and I was so sad I feel so sad right now like that literally has to be my worst nightmare ☹️😢
