Could I be pregnant with IUD?

Question

Has anybody gotten pregnant with Paragard in place? If so, how did you handle it? 
Edit: Having some spotting 3 to 4 days after I ovulated. Hopefully I am just being paranoid and it isn’t implantation bleeding. It’s never happened before and I am super regular. Regular even after I got Paragard (August 2019)

Now I am experiencing cramping, not too bad but enough to be uncomfortable.

Go to the doctor immediately with IUD There is a huge risk of ectopic and it can be life threatening. But I personally know two people who got pregnant and had a healthy baby
