Weird symptoms

I saw someone share something similar on here and decided I’d share and see if anyone maybe knows what’s going on. So recently I’ve had the smallest appetite, and when I do eat I can only stomach like three mouthfuls before feeling full and bloated. Also at night I tend to feel very sick (random ik) I had my period about a week ago and this has been going on for a month. Also I have been getting some back pains, mainly when I walk around too much or just move too much in general. (That could be unrelated tho lol).
