Well it's official we are doing

today was the egg and semen retrieval they got 10 good eggs and a good specimen from my husband so tomorrow we wait for the call to find out how many fertilized and then we wait to find out when we go back on Sunday or Tuesday to have the fertilized embryo put back in

Its been a long process to get here

I'm excited and nervous at the same time

Today was the first time that I ever had anesthesia that's kind of a weird feeling

I took my first dose of prednisone and oil today in the buttocks my husband is helping me with all of those shots 8 weeks sounds like such a long time to get one a night but I know it's all worth it when I get to have a baby

UPDATE

I got the call this morning that we have five fertilized embryos out of the 10 eggs they retrieved

One was immature and four didn't fertilize but we have five successful embryo so I'm excited

UPDATE

We have done one Embryo transfer on the 16th of the other four embryos only one matured to the point of being cryo Frozen

Now we just wait till June 29th to go in for the first pregnancy test
