I can’t think of anything else

So I’ve been done with my last period for about a week now, and I’ve had this really bad itch in my vagina, I’ve drink fluconazole like 2 days ago, still didn’t make any effect, but since I ended my period ive been getting a lot of discharge, and it makes my pee cloudy and some clumps come out too, and now I’m realizing my discharge is a yellow green color, I need some help with this to know what it is, I put some vagisil for the itchiness and it’s helped but idk what wrong with my vagina rn 😭😭 bc I don’t have any insurance rn to go see with my primary doctor!
