How do u break ur water bag and get in labor fast?

So before u say thats not normal and u let ur body do its thing i know i get it! But i just want to know if theres tricks to giving birth before ur due date? Like a week early?! I just dont want to go over the due date because im an impatient person and want my son here already 🥺😰 Do u have sex alot ?? Do u walk alot? Do u bounce on the ball? Tell me hOw u gave birth before ur due date? What did u do?
