Heart palpitations

Those of you that have dealt with heart palpitations throughout pregnancy did they tend to come and go during certain weeks of pregnancy or stay pretty consistent? I’ve been dealing with them since week 10 but they will randomly disappear for a couple of weeks and then come back with a vengeance. I am 38 weeks and once again having a really rough week with them. I do have anxiety and frequent panic attacks so I know that contributes to it and I have been checked by a cardiologist and all is “normal” but they are so scary 😩 just wanted to see if anyone else experienced the same thing.
