Third pregnancy.

My first pregnancy ended in a early c section because of sever preeclampsia. My son died 6 weeks later in the nicu, in October. My last pregnancy ended in a silent miscarriage. I lost possible twins they stopped growing at 6 weeks and 1 days i was supposed to be 8 weeks, that was in January. I just found out I’m pregnant again. And I’m needing some encouragement and peace because I am so extremely scared and a nervous wreck. Any tips or anything your drs did to help would be extremely helpful.
