Preeclampsia and headache

So I gave birth a week ago today due to preeclampsia. I left the hospital on BP medication since it was still a little high when I left. When I left the hospital I felt fine now that I’m home i have this tingly headache on my forehead and on my temples. I’ve been checking my BP and it’s been good. I was wondering has anyone else gone thru this and if so After how long should it go away . Or does anyone suffer from headaches after birth that maybe I just don’t know about. I called my doctor already but I just wanted to know if anyone else is going thru the same ?
