Hey ladies I need your help

I have a history of miscarriages so two weeks ago I started taking clomid and last week I went in for an ultrasound they gave me a trigger shot and sent me home to do the deed...we did of course now yesterday I went in for a blood test which they said my hcg levels where at 31.5 and told me to call them in ten days for a pregnancy test so me not able t0 wait that long took a home test... I had a faint line...I'm wondering if its left over from the trigger shot or a true positive...my boobs hurt like crazy and I'm constantly tired...also af is do in 3 days and I'm 7-8 dpo today
