If you were to get pregnant on the pill but didn’t know it and continued taking the pill, would you still get your period when you reached the end of the pill pack?

I keep getting this nagging feeling that I’m pregnant. I have no appetite and I have been feeling sick out of nowhere. But when I took my birth control pills and got to the period line, I did get my period. Is that possible?
