I’m only 4 weeks pregnant and I had a miscarriage last year so I’m paranoid. I just want to know if abdominal cramping is common - I feel like I’m cramping too low...

Cramping can be normal. But not always. I’m sure you understand that but some people don’t!

Between 4-6 weeks my only symptom was cramping. It ranged from very mild to shark period-like cramps.
Now 20 weeks and still get mild cramps every once and a while.

My cramps often had me doubled over in pain, I had to really breathe through them. I went and got checked up at like 5 weeks and they told me it was too early to even tell if it was an ectopic pregnancy or otherwise
