Should i be worried

I went to the ER yesterday because i had cramping and alot of lower back pain while working ( alot) i had 1 MC before 2013 .

However i am not bleeding but my doctor said my HCG is REALLY LOW

Which really worried me and told me to be on the look for blood but didnt tell me if i would miscarry . Ive been having slight cramping here and there and if i carry anything bit heavy bag or something i get more pain ? 😖
