PP sex

I had my first baby 4.5 months ago and sex still hurts and my sex drive is none existent.

I feel so bad for my partner because obviously he wants to have sex but even the thought of it makes me want to throw up. When we do have sex, I cry in the bathroom afterwards so that he doesn’t know.

Should it still hurt 4.5 months after giving birth? I didn’t tear so did not have any stitches or anything.
