Anyone else with a big baby?

So my "little" guy will be 8 months old on the 24th, and ever since about 4 months old he has just grown like crazy, both in length and girth 😂 he just had a checkup due to som eczema this morning, and he is weighing in at 23 pounds 😮. I love my little chunk and think he's just perfect, but when people hear his weight they always have something to say 🙄🙄. Today I heard "omg my son was 22 pounds when he was 2!!"
Just wondering if I should be concerned at all? Anyone else have a chunky monkey on their hands? Pic of my babe just because he's cute 🥰

My daughter was 30 lbs at her first birthday...33 lbs at 5, they usually slim out 😂 my son is over 20 lbs though and he was even 7 weeks early.  He’s getting tall too x

My girl has been big since birth lol 11lbs 8oz at birth. Not sure her current weight since she hasn't had a doctors appointment since 4 months due to insurance issues.

I prob have a little chunk on my hands as well. He’s about 25lbs 31inches long. I bought him some 18 months clothes and they fit 😳 Some people say “oh he’s big” & ask “how do you carry him around” but I just see my little guy. I don’t know what the “right” size is for his age but his doctor said he wasn’t obese so that’s that.

My son is also ‘huge’. He will be 8 months on the 19th. He is 22lbs, wearing 18m clothing and size 4 diapers. People will wave to him and say hello. I’ll be like ‘oh I’m sorry he is only 7 months he can’t wave yet’

My daughter is pretty big also, she will be 3 in August.

My little man is also a chunky monkey. He was already 20 lbs at his 6 month appointment and he'll be 8 months on the 23rd. I'm guessing he's around 25 lbs now lol. He wears 18 month clothing and size 4 diapers. Chunky babies are so cute! I'm sure they'll slim down when they get to be a little more mobile.

My son is 8 months and he is in 2-3year old tops and 18month old bottoms. He is super heavy and is alot harder to carry than my 2yr old daughter.
Its totally normal, just ignore people. I get big/giant jokes all the time from my family, it is irritating but they dont mean harm.

I think he and these other babies are adorbs 🥰 I wouldn’t worry at all. Every baby is different!
We were 20th percentile in weight and 80/90 something in height the entire time I was breastfeeding. Transitioned to formula and shot up to 50th percentile in weight within weeks!

My son is 21 pounds and we are reliefed and happy to se him so chubby - at 3 months he was admited to hospital for cow milk protein allergy as he was not geining weight well. He was fed with a tube and after leaving hospital 6 weeks later he was below 1st centile! Six months later our muffin is still growing!!
