We’ve been actively looking for a year! Just curious how long others have spent looking before finally finding the one.

We've been actively looking for a few months but don't plan to make an offer until around the end of the year (November/December) so I'm praying 🙏 the home that is "meant to be" pops up around then 😂😫

Little over a year. 
It was super frustrating and we did have to give up one of our checklist items but it all worked out in the end. We got super lucky with a house. it started out over our price range in October and by the April it had dropped like 3 times in price and we snatched it up.

Idk but it’s so frustrating!!! Lol we just started looking and omg it seems like no one is selling their house right now in the area we want so we are sad... trying not to let it get to us 😞
