Contractions ?!?
I’m 40w3d and I’m not sure if I’m contracting because I’m not sure how they feel ! But it’s a period like pain that keeps coming in my abdominal area and I can feel it in my lower back too. It’s not tight it’s just a bad period / poop pain that keeps coming every 3-5 minutes and last for like 25-30 seconds and goes away . I’ve even felt it while I was sleeping this morning off and on... does this sound like labor contractions?!
