Horrible morning sickness

So this is my 4th pregnancy and my first pregnancy having morning sickness with my boys I didnt really get symptoms till around the 2nd trimester but this time symptoms started right away and hit hard at the end of 6 weeks just wondering what I could do to help with this morning sickness
