How did you know?

I know this is a sensitive topic, but I stress out all the time so I gotta ask. For the ladies who have miscarried, how did you know you were miscarrying? What were your symptoms? I am 4 weeks 5 days and always worried that this will end in a miscarriage because it’s my first time being pregnant 😅

Baby measured behind. I spotted the whole time and the day I miscarried I had the worst cramps and blood, and then the bleeding got heavier and no more hb and I bleed for a week then d and c. The cramps I’m talking were bad bad. And the blood was red blood even when I spotted it was pure red. This pregnancy I had pink spotting at 6 weeks and it was nothing also mild period cramping is just fine. Keep positive thoughts

I was measuring 6 weeks 4 days when the heart stopped...I had no major symptoms at the time other than very bad morning sickness followed with this horrible wrist pain! Came to find out my husband and I had a molar miscarriage, had to have a surgery. A year later I've given birth to a beautiful daughter but I think that familiarity will always cause me to worry I'm currently 5 weeks 4 days preggo with baby #2 will similar pains so the worry always there. But God knows what hes doing and all the wasted time I wasted worrying with my daughter has showered me that some things aren't in our control and no matter what we do some things just happen. So enjoy every sec of it cuz it's worth every blessing of that second.

I was 12 weeks when I found out baby was measuring 8 weeks 4 days. No symptoms I just had a feeling. I told my SO that I didn’t feel pregnant. And when I turned 12 weeks I started spotting brownish. Called my nurse hotline because it was 10pm and she told me to go home and rest. Woke up the next day (they said my doctor would call me first thing but they didn’t. They didn’t take it seriously) so I woke up was still spotting and cramping lunch time rolls around (literally right after I spoke with my doctor she said to just rest🙄) I sat up in the bed and felt it all gush out. I ran to the bathroom and sure enough. I was in active labor the entire day/night into the next day. It was so painful. We didn’t call my doctor or anything we went straight to ER. And I had to have an emergency D&C because my body couldn’t pass on it’s own.

With my first I was spotting brown every time I’d wipe for a week straight. I knew it was ending. For my second I felt the baby’s heart stop. I was sleeping and woke up with a shock type feeling and I instantly knew my baby’s heart had stopped. I layed there crying all night and when morning came I waited for the bleeding to start. It never did so I thought maybe I was crazy and it was just a dream or something but weeks went by and finally when I hit 10 weeks I started spotting brown when I would wipe. I knew in my heart baby was gone. Sure enough when I went in for an ultrasound to check on the bleeding baby had passed at 7 weeks. The exact night I felt the heart stop. Had a d&c at what should have been 11 weeks. 7 weeks is so hard for me. I couldn’t sleep at all the night I turned 7 weeks with my daughter and I know I’ll be a mess this time around too around that time.

I started spotting even before I got my BFP...I thought it was implantation spotting but still called the OB. They scheduled bloodwork and my hcg levels were low and dropping in 48 hours. About two days later, I miscarried at home.
I didn’t have a lot of cramping but it was a very heavy period for 6 days.

Just enjoy your pregnancy!! I had a miscarriage 7 years age and feel sad all the time about it thinking I did something wrong. You are going to be just fine

I had no symptoms but ultrasound around seven weeks we couldn’t find hb and growth was barely over six weeks. Checked following week and no changes. I waited weeks for things to pass and NEVER had any bleeding or spotting start. My body just never seemed to recognize the loss so weeks later I had to D&c. I had super high hcg already even though it quit increasing so I was still incredibly nauseous.
