Labor signs??

Hi ladies. I’m 38 w 3 d today and I’m wondering if these are signs that labor is approaching or just normal end of pregnancy things?

I had been pretty constipated for about a week and then all of the sudden yesterday I got diarrhea, I’ve only had it once a day so far but it’s been two days in a row with it :/

I feel nauseous and my whole body aches.

I’m having an increase of Braxton-Hicks but they don’t hurt.

Yesterday I had such bad back pain I was leaned over just trying to breathe, and I thought it may have been contractions but it only happened twice. My back is still hurting but not as intense as those two times yesterday.

If these sound like labor approaching, how soon should I expect it? Within days? A week?
