Opinions ..confused!

I’m a week late.

Saturday morning and Monday morning I got what appeared to be faint lines. Both within 3 min timeframe. Last night I got a negative. I took a digital this morning and it said no. I do have a bloodwork appt this afternoon. I have felt nauseous and no symptoms of my period. But could I be pregnant though with alternating results?! I’m nervous for my bloodwork now.
