Why does my fiancé seek recognition when he cleans something up. “DID YOU SEE I DID THE DISHES TODAY!?ARE U PROUD?!” Like yeah honey, did you see that this morning I fed the dog and cat, took the dog out for a short walk to make him poop, got the baby up and dressed, picked up your mess from making your lunch, make my lunch, make baby’s bottles, and take baby to grandmas all before 7am? Geez.

Edit: I don’t actually mind doing this. Most of this I’ve been doing since I was single. My fiancé definitely does carry his half of things. I always appease him and say thank you & how great it looks!
