What are your ladies thoughts

I just found out this morning I'm pregnant after a two week check up after a birth control implant. Doctors took out the implant and did a peliv exam. This pregnancy wasn't planned and the father is not in the picture as of now. I don't want to go through an abortion and want to possibly give this baby a better life; but know nothing of the adoption agency.

I know once I tell the father; he will want me to abort. But I feel torn on what I should do. I'm still trying to process that I'm pregnant. I just feel blah to this situation and I just want to know your thoughts and maybe some advice. Thanks in advance ladies. Really appreciate it.
