Boyfriend Problem

My boyfriend is an only child. I feel like he is used to getting his way with his mom since he was little because it was just the two of them. I’m not just talking about money and other stuff like that, I mean during arguments, she considered his feelings more and let him be right more. I come from a family of seven. We learn early to listen to others peoples feelings and consider them because of how many there are. We learn how to create healthy relationships with other people before others do.

When something is bothering me and I try to voice it to my boyfriend, he gets defensive like he can’t believe I would actually try to say he did something wrong. It makes me feel like I’m the one who is being selfish and inconsiderate. This leads to me keeping quiet about things that are getting to me just to avoid an argument. He doesn’t listen. Even if it makes me cry, he just makes comments like, “whatever, you made it up so I dont know why you are crying” or “you’re accusing me of something that’s not true so I don’t see why you’re upset.”

What do I even do? He’s the father of my unborn baby. Leaving isn’t an option and talking..that’s barely an option.
