Am I pregnant??

So I am supposed to start in like three days but I took a digital test last night at 7:30pm and I thought it was going to say negative but it says yes!! So I took another regular test and I thought I could see a very very faint line. So I work up at 2am having to pee really bad so I took this another one. I think I can see the line a little more not sure through. Can you have a digital test say positive when your not pregnant?
