Grocery Store Questio

Posting anonymously because I feel very odd asking this... but how do you mommas go to the grocery store with your newborns??? Only 1 month old but with concerns about the virus I think I’m just being extra cautious. I’ve been doing Pickup, but I want to pick out my own items 😭 so I guess my question is are you doing anything differently when you go to the store to protect your LO???

EDIT I should add that my husband and I live about two hours away from closest family. My husband is away on work and it’s just baby and I. We do have some friends here but I don’t feel comfortable inviting people over when I don’t know where they’ve been. So as much as I’d like for us to stay home, we don’t have that option. I think continuing with the pickup orders sounds best for now, thank you all for your input!
