Starting a business! Need help with location!!!

I am going back and forth between two locations.

Location A: $1,700 a month. Located in a old part of town. Busy, not a lot of room for growth in the town, and a slightly run down area. Buildings in the area are about 30-40years old. 30min commute

Location B: $3,600 a month, but my dream location. Located in the heart of my town (5min commute). New building, fancy and pretty. Lot is new growth in the town. And I get to be part of a community

One minute I am all in with Location B. It’s my DREAM SPOT!! But man is it pricey. Which scares me.

Location A is the safe one financially, but I’m afraid I won’t be happy there because it’s not in my hometown 😕
