ER visit was a nightmare

Had some serious dizziness and some weird spotting (5w) and decided to the ER. I was there from 9pm-3am and had ultrasounds and blood work. My HCG is only at 60 and they think I could be miscarrying. It’s unsure until I get more blood work done in the next 48 hours. Pray for me if you pray and if you don’t please keep me in your thoughts. I’m so nervous. Everything that could go wrong is going wrong.
