Should I tell his Commander

I wanna start off by saying I'm hurt but I'm past all this shit. I've tried everything I could in this marriage and this man child just wouldn't get his shit together. My husband has a thing for dating apps , sending women money and prostitutes apparently. We have two kids and a third on the way , I got a call from my ob that I had tested positive for an std. He then and only then admitted he had sex with someone. It broke me because this is the first time I actually knew he did it . So he has made every pregnancy worst , he owes me atleast one care free pregnancy. I'm not out to ruin his career I just wanna make sure no matter what petty bullshit he pulls he has to take care of us until I can take care of us . So far my pregnancy is going ok other than having a parasite std . I just wanted an opinion because I have no family here , I have no money and honestly I don't know what to do.
