Im confused...

I’ve been on Estarylla for about a year-ish now. It’s been great at helping me with my acne and my periods have been lighter but just recently I’ve noticed that my acne has started to flare up again and I spotted today which has never happened before. I didn’t have breakthrough bleeding when I started the pill and I only just recently started working out again this last week, could this be a factor for my changes? Or should i consider getting checked out? Any advice helps🤞🏼
